This is a business built on offering premier customer service. A family run business that cares about families. This is the only place I will purchase a bike or ski equipment. I trust the Neel's implicitly to service my bike and ski equipment. Great staff, awesome people.

Poor selection and high prices, even compared to other small stores. The manager was disrespectful and unaccommodating. He refused to honor what his employee told us. This is completely unacceptable. Usually I recommend supporting small local businesses, but in this case, do yourself a favor and look for other options.
