Catfish apartment. If ur allergic to dust be prepared on move in bc it’s insanely dusty… Itching and sneezing like crazy bc all of the dust. So disappointed. Bathrooms are way way smaller than what they made it seem on the tour. Kitchen is nice tho. But absolutely should NOT be having such bad allergies on move in the least they could do is get the thick dust out of the rooms….. Good to BAD: I’m going on my third year at living at The Leonard and not even into a month into my new lease and I regret renewing big time.You would think the longer you stay the better rate you would get or at least even. Not only am I paying nearly double what new residents are being offered (being declined the new advertised rate) but the move in process was and is atrocious.
