Absolutely horrible conditions. Mold was a constant issue, I was woken up by a cockroach scurrying across my head and pillow and found them in my room many many times. Property is constantly dirty, notices and other important messages were often sent out AFTER events happened. Overall horrible place horrible experience living here for two years and would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.
I had to call the cops on my roommate for domestic violence between her and her girlfriend and when she came back from the psychiatric ward and threatened to harm me and break down my door the Leonard did nothing to get me out of that situation or remove her from the complex even though there have been the same problems in the past all they care about is money not there residents also this girl was 24 not even in college and brought her pregnant cousin to come live with us and the only thing that the Leonard did was fine her... read more
DO NOT SIGN AT THE LEONARD. I lived there for a few months and signed a renewal to my lease, but soon after I had to move, so I reached an agreement with management and they accepted to annul my renewal, for which I was grateful. A few months after I moved out, I got an email from someone from the staff telling me that I needed to find someone to take over my lease (the renewal that was supposedly annulled) or start paying the rent from the date that lease was supposed to start.
