I have not used them personally. Based on the last review , they appear to be good. I will needing assistance with my resume. ( for some reason I am not getting any hits on mine that I did on my own) . I have limited experience. I have plenty of book learning under my belt , but it is time to change jobs. I am ready to take the next step.
I spoke with Ben about my needs for a resume and cover letter. I voiced my concerns about the change in career fields. I didn't want the resume to point out the change, but to show my knowledge. I also asked how to address questions that related to my personal situation. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions, which made me feel reassured. I highly recommend Ben. I will be using him with any job search in the future.
