I absolutely loved this company!! We rented with them for about 7 months last year before we had to move, and they were so willing to work with us on everything! With every company, there’s always going to be bumps along the way, but nothing outweighs the amount of kindness and caring the staff had for us! They helped us get out of our lease, of course we had to pay the price for it, but that’s with any company and we signed the lease which clearly had that on there. I recommend them! I’d give them 0 if possible. Had four great years with the company but it’s gone down me hill in past eight months. They billed us for work not completed, stalled on a project and did horrible work. Couple it with NO communication. Stay away at all costs!

Difficult communication and poor habits made for a undesired experience. I would suggest other options.

Is 0 stars an option? When they get notified, MULTIPLE times about the SAME issue, and you finally get told the issue will be addressed the next day, then weeks later there is still no follow up or contact from this so called “management” team, that is a problem. This is after spending a year of trying to get the same issue fixed and not having to spend Hot Summer Days in a house with inadequate AC, for days, weeks, months and EVEN A YEAR.
