Difficult company to rent through. Their agent Jake is very inconsistent with responding and following through with the things he has said. Me and my roommate have been waiting for our security deposit to come back for 3 months and each time we follow up we get a response something along the lines of “sorry I thought I mailed it already”
Contacted Castle Realty and left a voicemail for Jacob Staph. Was interested in this house rental, however no one returned my call. Just saw Jacob Staph rented this yesterday on 8/8/25. Thank you Jacob for NOT responding. Now I know what kind of agent you are, and grateful I will not be dealing with you as a landlord. I will not recommend Castle Realty to anyone!
