I've literally rented from Debbie for 5 years in on of her houses she manages. I never had problems with her and if there's any issues she has with me she addresses them courteously and respectfully. Any repairs done were handled correctly and in a timely manner. I honestly wish I didn't have to leave because of how great she was to me an my family but unfortunately my family is growing and I needed extra space, she even offered to put me in a bigger place but I had already settled on something else. I rent from debbie myself,I'd have to say she has not done me wrong in anyway.She gets things fixed as fast as YOU CAN BE THERE!!! NOT HER!! ITS NOT HER RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AT THE HOUSE YOU RENT TO MEET THE PEOPLE TO FIX YOUR RENTAL PROBLEMS.But if I call or text she has something set up as fast as I can be at my house. Debbie is the worst person to deal with. Nothing she says gets done in a timely manner or doesn't get done at all. I wouldn't let her rent a dog house for me. She's a liar and can't remember her lies. Please save yourself a HUGE headache and don't let her rent your house or rent from her.
I haven't had a good experience with Debbie. First I was looking for a place to live. I sent a email to her, asking for details on the property. No reply. So I tried again. Got a reply, 3 WEEKS LATER. Second time is the current place that I am subletting a room at. There are repairs needed that never get done. The lease holders say they have told her and she was supposedly going to have them fixed. Over a month and not the first sign of anything being addressed.
