The rental property is whack overcharged for something I didn’t do Leslie is very unprofessional as well. Tell your buisness to people not on the lease and blames you for things she knows nothing about
The lady answering the phone has the nastiest attitude for no reason. I am trying to talk to her normally and she keeps talking over me and talking to me rudely as if I was being combative.
I completely striped my apartment like they asked me to do removed everything from my fridge deep cleaned my oven and pulled it out and pulled my fridge out as well and mopped my walls and striped everything out except my furniture so they could spray for roches because there was a lot of them in my apartment for some reason they said they sprayed I go to my apartment THAT I haven’t BEEN IN in a month SINCE they sprayed and no change at all as soon as I walked in I saw roaches come from my CARPET and may I remind y’all I hav... read more

This is my first time living in an apartment and I'm so grateful for Castle Properties making sure it's been a wonderful experience. I love my apartment and my neighbors. The amenities are perfect for my family, the kids love the playground and pool. Management is always a pleasure to speak with and all issues are handled promptly.
