So far I've gotten some of the best care, that I've ever experienced. I live close to the facility and I've have taken advantage of most of the programs I'm eligible for. My questions are asked and answered timely and professionally.
This place used to be such a pleasure to go to but the guy at the desk behind the glass to where you sign in to urgent care was very disrespectful for no apparent reason. I asked how he was doing and he was just rude for the entire conversation. Very disappointed
This place would be great if....the doctors can make diagnosis, ( stop under diagnosing, enter their diagnosis in the VA problems list, read radiology results correctly, prescribed the correct medication, and so on )...but they can't, due to paying veterans compensation for their service connected injuries 🤕. The VA facilities in Castle Point and Montrose are an absolute disgrace. They have proven time and time again that they do not care about terminally ill veteran or their families. The neglect and lack of compassion are unacceptable and shameful. If you care at all about your loved one’s life and dignity, do not trust these places. Find somewhere better—anywhere better—because these facilities will fail you when it matters most.
