The apartment is beautiful, the complex is ina nice and quiet area but these do NOT make up for the terrible landlord. There were things in my apartment that he NEVER fixed and I lived there for 2 years. Stone of those things were broken before I moved in. He refused to give me a copy of my check in sheet, he refused to clean the walls and paint after the person who lived there before me left huge black marks on all the walls.
