DO NOT LET YOUR DOG STAY IN THIS HELL HOLE! – DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ANIMAL HERE! IN THE LAST 5 MONTHS, THEY HAVE HAD MANY DOGS ESCAPE, A DOG GO INTO DIABETIC SHOCK AND DIE (WAS GIVEN TEN TIMES THE AMOUNT OF MEDICINE) THEN CHARGED THE OWNERS FOR THE VET BILLS. THE OWNERS ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY USE THEIR STAFF TO DEAL WITH THEIR PROBLEMS FOR THEM. NOT ONLY ARE THEY INCREDIBLY LAZY, THEY ARE ALSO MONEY HUNGRY LIARS. Our dog escaped – We left our dog Maggie with Castle Pets during the last month of July. She escaped from the facility, and was found three miles away near San Dims Canyon Park. The owner still charged us for a partial stay, and didn't seem to concerned about the incident. One would think that a full refund would have been given for not properly supervising our dog Maggie.

Great place to leave your Pets! – Howard my little poodle had some problems with her rear end. She would shuffle her ass across my carpet about every thirty minutes! I had been to the groomer in Claremont a couple of times and she did an ok job and I told her about the ass thing and she told me I should take her to the vet. Experience at Castle Pets – I usually hate leaving Sammy! That is my two year old bijon with way more personality than she needs. I have tried boarding her everywhere, I have even left her at the vet, which was a huge mistake! She came home very unhappy the first couple of times I took her to the pet hotel. I live in San Dimas and work in Diamond Bar so Castle Pets works out great for me. I had been using Castle Pets for grooming and I took a tour of thier boarding facilities and it was really nice. Really took great care of my babies! – I have a bunch of animals. I have a parrot, an iguana, three dogs, two cats, and a partridge in a pear tree. They are my life! My partner runs off to work everyday and I take care of the animals. I got pregnant a couple of months ago and started thinking wow there is no way I am going to be able to handle all these pets and a baby. Great Groomer – I have been taking little CICI my poodle mix to a grooming parlor in Glendora for years now. Every time I got her back she seemed like she was traumatized. I love my little CICI she is my bestest friend. I looked all around and found this great grooming salon / doggy day care place in San Dimas. I met the groomer and checked out the place. They have great yards that CICI can run in while she waits to get groomed. She has never dragged me into a grooming parlor before Castle Pets. It makes my life so much easi... read more

Los Angele's best Pet hang out! – I can't tel you how much these people know about dogs. They really helped me out when I needed it. I have been going to a place in Monrovia for some years now but I always had problems when I would pick my dog up. I call my dog my boy because he really is my boy. Great Place for My Boy – I really am happy to meet people in that actually know what they are talking about with your pet. They all seemed like they really knew dogs and cats. Really caring People – I have live in West Hollywood for years now. I have actually been thinking about moving out to Glendora so while I was looking for a place to live I had my little dog Sharpy with me and decided he needed a bath. i found this great place called Castle Pets. They are by far the best grooming parlor I have ever been to. I now make the thirty minute drive ever time he needs a bath!
