Above and beyond The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained all available options after looking at our old garage door opener. He agreed with my assessment that the circuit board on our old Marantec was fried after a lightning strike / surge. He installed a new Lift Master unit with outdoor and indoor keypad in approximately one hour.
