The doctor & the check-in staff are excellent!! I rate them 5 stars for customer service. They are kind, friendly, & easy to talk to. The office is well organized. They have a great system that is easy & efficient.
Muy larga la espera en una visita dure 1 hora y 45 minutos solo en espera y no había tantas personas, y una hora y media en revisión por ser aprendices. Deberían tomar en cuenta ya que por eso te dan una hora de tu cita me gustaría que respetarán eso. Y en recepción algunas son groseras y de mal genio.
I've been going here for eye exams and glasses for probably 6-8 years. I've never had any problems. My most recent visit I enjoyed how friendly the lady was who did my eye exam. I have some, ”invisible illnesses" I had to let her know about and she was great with wanting to understand how they may affect the exam and just being cool about it.
