I had a great experience with the staff and Dr during my eye exam. Very knowledgeable friendly and detailed. I also felt comfortable having all my questions answered. When I went in to choose frames I was shown a wall my insurance covered and when I asked about a price for another frame I was told my insurance covered the ones on the wall but I could get 30% off a second pair and the woman helping left to the office. The doctor & the check-in staff are excellent!! I rate them 5 stars for customer service. They are kind, friendly, & easy to talk to. The office is well organized. They have a great system that is easy & efficient.
Muy larga la espera en una visita dure 1 hora y 45 minutos solo en espera y no había tantas personas, y una hora y media en revisión por ser aprendices. Deberían tomar en cuenta ya que por eso te dan una hora de tu cita me gustaría que respetarán eso. Y en recepción algunas son groseras y de mal genio.
