Worst Service Experience Ever I would give this place zero stars if I could. The only issue I had was a low tire pressure warning, which should have been a quick and simple fix. However, my experience with Honda Services in Morton Grove was absolutely terrible. I tried calling more than three times, and each time I was put on hold for at least 30 minutes. Three hours were wasted without checking the car. I went to this location to check the humming noise from my Honda Odyssey. The noise seemed to get louder at 30-60 miles/hr range after the car was changed alternator 4 weeks ago at the same dealer. I found the same agent who was gentle and helped us before. I was asked to leave my phone number to be called after checking. I was told this is their new policy. It was early morning, and the shop was not too busy. First time coming to get my car serviced. Very disappointed. Usually oil changes are done within an hour. This place takes 2hours. Not coming back here.
Nothing but liars here at Napleton, recommending all kinds of services and fluid changes on a brand new car that I bought from them. Absolutely disgusting, will never be going here ever again.
