I had a great experience at Urgent Care yesterday, it was a Tuesday afternoon and we were the only ones there. We were seen in a timely matter and the doctor was very kind. It made all the difference, as the situation was stressful enough in itself. My son fractured his leg, and the staff were very kind and helped us get in and out in a timely matter. I would recommend this urgent care, thank you Castle!
Went to Urgent Care . It just opened and was a little busy. Registration staff were pleasant and efficient. Medical team were courteous. Saw the provider who addressed my problem and called in a prescription . Total time was about 45 minutes. Very good service.
E estado aquí por 3 años o más y tienen buena atención, pero molesta la espera de hasta una hora y media para ser atendido aún con cita y cuando llegas 15 min tarde no quieren atenderte y entiendo que tienes un horario para tu cita pero tienen enfrente el tren así que aveces no está en ti, pero cuando son ellos tu si tienes que esperar, nunca tienen citas a tiempo en pediatría tampoco te las ponen muy después de sus vacunas.
