In general, I've had a very positive experience here. The apartments are very spacious and have ample light exposure, and the price is affordable. Any service issues are quickly taken care of. The only reason that I'm taking off a star is that they required me to give a 60 day notice of vacancy, something I was not aware of -- I genuinely thought that a 30 day notice would be sufficient. Of course, one could argue that I should have checked the original lease; I just wish they had made it more clear in the lease renewal.

My experience here is wonderful I use to live here in 2014-2015 then left and came back because I felt comfortable with living here and the area is close to everything I need.

The windows were falling off literally. The landlord charged you for every little thing when there was rodents mice. Every night in the winter i couldn’t sleep because im hearing mice travel. The floors were coming up which would be a passage for rodents The landlord was never in the office when i called. My first weeks there it was a guy hiding in the bushes. The curtains are visible people can see in my apartment & i can see in others. This experience was alot
