Very bad quality of work. They just get customer in and then want to up charge for each and everything. If you don’t take the service for up charges they don’t want to work at all. A pedicure was done in 17 minutes. No scrub done and no message. 12 minute hot water dip and just cutting nails and your out of there. Shameful work. My wife did book for powered nails. Although the service was good , the prices here are crazy! I came in for a gel polish change only. I did end up getting a nail fixed but they charged for the gel which I already knew, but also to removed my previous color because it was gel? Most nail salons charge $20 for polish but I walked out paying almost $60 for my service! Not even a pedicure but just a polish change! Safe to say I will not be going back.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend. I am Vietnamese and understand Vietnamese. They were rude and dismissive as soon as you step foot in the door. Pedicures are rushed unless you get the pricey options. The lady taking care of my nails kept talking about me in Vietnamese and didn’t think I would know. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the whole appointment felt very professional. If you’re in the Lewisville area and looking for a great place to get your nails done, I definitely recommend stopping by!
The ladies were so nice and got my nails and toes done in time for another appointment right after.
