I am not satisfied with the service that I have received so far. It has been almost a year that I paid for assistance with my timeshare. I feel like I have been given the run around and no questions answered. I was assured that they would help me and would not take my case unless they felt confident in moving forward. This is such great news to get rid of our time share. I do have a question, will we be getting an original copy of the cancelation? I know it took a while to get this taken care of but You Guys were awesome and We greatly appreciate it so very much. It has been a rough road, but I can gladly say that you did an excellent job and I am glad that we were able to have you as our attorney. They settled a case and I received a monetary settlement. They clearly know what they are doing. Could have been better informed during the course of the case. Found an error in the original settlement documents that delayed the settlement of a year .

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to get out of a timeshare. Wish I had found Castle Law Group sooner and saved myself the aggravation of having to deal with incompetent timeshare personnel, their lies and delay tactics.
