Wish I could leave zero stars. I have not heard from this company in two years regarding a timeshare dispute they supposedly filed for me. Totally unresponsive!!!!

I signed up with Castle Law Group in October of 2016. Paid all the fees and kept in touch with them by email. They changed the email address in August of 2017 I received one more email from them in September of 2017. I recently tried to reach them again and received an email response stating that Castle Law Group has ceased to exist. There was no email notification prior to this, no phone call, no referral to someone else to help me with my case, nothing!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS LAW FIRM! They are dishonest criminals. They wasted 1.5 years of my time and kept my fee despite doing nothing. NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!!!!

**** just called, took my number, ran it twice for the separate kinds of fees and then told me, "You're no longer a member of R***P**** timeshare." Miracles DO HAPPEN! Even though I paid my $****, which is a lot for me, I'm very grateful Castle Law Group came through on your end of the deal. This really restores my faith! So, we have been dealing with Castle Law since Feb.. (9 Months), 2017. We called every month for an update. They never called us. Was given many explanations, none of which have come to fruition. Haven't spoke to them since June and called today (Sept 11, 2017). I find out from someone named Keysha that our case was flagged. Since my last review, I have connected with two different reps with CLG who have provided explanations for the wait. Walt was especially helpful and apologized for the lack of communication or response to messages I left with CLG. I am crossing my fingers and remaining hopeful that things will work out with CLG.

Very very poor levels of professionalism. Never answer to any of my questions wether it was voicemail email or call. Could not solve my case, would not refund my money back. When I call, I get transfered to so many different agents and in the end, an automatic answering machine comes on telling me to leave yet another voicemail. Its as if they are avoiding me especifically. All they had to do was cancel a timeshare that I was having issues with. They call themselves "LAWGROUP". ON May 20, 2016, We attended an event at *****************, Shirlington, VA, where Castle Law Group was going to give us updates on Timeshares. This amounted to "how to "negotiate a cancellation of our Timeshare Agreement. We gave them a check for $5495.00 on 20 May 2016.
