Although the guys were nice, the work ethic was lazy. Only one guy was really working. And they kept forgetting items to load in the truck. They made multiple comments about how I was moving more than they were. The move could have been completed in 3 hours. It’s was a two bedroom apartment. Did not have to take 6 hours. Not to mention the countless scratches to some furniture and hall floors. Like they realized they were going into hour 6 and basically threw everything in the living room.
⭐ 1 Star I paid $1,110 for a local move and unfortunately had a terrible experience from start to finish. The issues began before moving day. There was confusion about my scheduled date, and I had to remind the company that my move was booked for the following day. On the actual moving day, the crew was also late. Once the move started, I repeatedly had to tell the movers what to take and what to leave despite clearly labeled boxes and instructions. Will never use this company again. Paid almost 800 dollars for them to "get lost" between our two houses (we moved 3 streets away), barely packed the truck forcing multiple trips (that they added charges on for since the time had to be extended. also due to them "getting lost". Didn't move anything upstairs like they claimed they do, didn't have any packing items like their quote stated they would have (didn't really need any but they didn't even use boxes we had to move our TV's) Stated that they move large items but forgot... read more
