I’ve used Castle Keep for several years, and Asa and the team have been fantastic to work with. Communication has been great; always quick to respond whether I send an email, a text, or call directly. Asa is incredibly proactive, catching potential issues before they turn into real headaches, which gives me great peace of mind. To top it off, I’ve found their rates very reasonable.

UPDATE (Rating updated to 3 stars): Management reached out to discuss my review. While we still see eye-to-eye differently on how some past billing and communication timelines were handled over the last year, I appreciate them taking the time to follow up directly. Original Post: Disappointing service. If you are in a pinch they are good enough, but I would recommend looking elsewhere. Castle Keep is our management company for a Victorian - colonial, "Mairemont", that was built in 1871 and divided into 8 beautiful condo units in the late 90's. CK has excellent resources, along with skilled carpenters, painters, handymen, their employees are ready to address any repairs or maintenance that maybe needed. Castle Keep has provided excellent property management for our historic, beautiful, Coach House Condominium for many years. Our unique property, originally built around 1875, requires ongoing careful attention in order to maintain its beauty and function. Recent condo member and getting to know castle keep as a property management company. I’m encouraged by the reviews but honestly have found them to be unresponsive. The office admin never returns calls or emails. It has been pretty frustrating. Hopefully, the other reviews are correct and they bring additional value but I’m pretty sure they are disorganized or apathetic to basic need to know information for new condo members. Not a good start.
