Recent condo member and getting to know castle keep as a property management company. I’m encouraged by the reviews but honestly have found them to be unresponsive. The office admin never returns calls or emails. It has been pretty frustrating. Hopefully, the other reviews are correct and they bring additional value but I’m pretty sure they are disorganized or apathetic to basic need to know information for new condo members. Not a good start.
Castle Keep is our management company for a Victorian - colonial, "Mairemont", that was built in 1871 and divided into 8 beautiful condo units in the late 90's. CK has excellent resources, along with skilled carpenters, painters, handymen, their employees are ready to address any repairs or maintenance that maybe needed. Castle Keep has done a Fantastic job of Monitoring & Maintaining all 3 of our Historic Properties here in Newport,RI, one dates back to 1763 & is a National Historic Site.They have personnel that are trained & skilled to respond to & repair any & ALL situations that may occur.
Castle Keep personnel are diligent in their responsibilities. They are friendly and caring. For over a dozen years, our property has benefited from their property management. The owner of the company is skilled and possesses an uncanny wisdom in dealing with sticky situations.
