Great customer service! The only place I come to get my watches fixed and repaired. I recently can in to have links taken off a new watch in they helped me right away and the watch was perfect! Thank you for resizing my ring as well.
The lady who works there was nice at first, and it was my fault that I didn't ask how much a lobster clasp for my necklace would be. Instead of calling me to ask what kind I wanted, they just slapped on an 18 carat gold clasp that cost 150. I had a ring and a pearl and gold necklace evaluated, and she didn't even put it in writing and was annoyed when I asked her to write it down. She said she didn't have a pen . And they didn't evaluate the pearls when I said what about the pearls, she says what about the pearls! Rude. Was ... read more
