Une vue incroyable, la chambre la plus lumineuse et la plus récente que j'ai pu avoir lors de mon voyage. Je recommande, coin magnifique, bonne literie. C'est top.
Simple but clean, recently refreshed rooms. We were blown away by the spectacular location. There’s a boardwalk steps away from the hotel along Moonstone beach, you can walk for a couple of miles, enjoying the grandeur of the Pacific. Jack, the gentleman at the front desk, made us feel welcomed and gave us great dinner recommendations. My kids appreciated the chamomile tea and cookies in the room.
Jack at the front desk was an absolute lifesaver today. As international travelers, we were already navigating an unfamiliar system when we got into a car accident on Highway 1. Jack helped us communicate with rental company, arranged a ride, and recommended dinner spots while we waited. Beyond the practical help, he offered so much warmth and reassurance when we really needed it. We couldn’t have gotten through today without him. Thank you Jack, you made us feel genuinely cared for.
Paper thin walls. Unwelcoming borderline rude staff. Comfy bed, clean room but none of that matters if you can hear somebody farting, sneezing etc in the room next to you. Plus the elephants dancing in the room above us. If you stay more than one night cleaning staff only make your bed. No cleaning at all no restock of things . We were in room 23 which is downstairs and directly next to the cleaning crew closet.
