They will suggest that you use their lender and the lender will not give contingency feedback till after the 21 day contingency expires, causing a delay in closing or possibly no closing at all due to the late given contingency demands. Ugh! You will not get your earnest money back!! Slick robbery!
I had been working with my buyers for over a year. After looking at numerous properties we came upon Castle Homes. After many rounds of negotiating Dana went the extra mile and made the deal happen. With her diligence and ability in negotiating with her builder we were able to get my buyers under contract and to the closing table. Looking to co-op again soon! Kudos Dana & Castle Homes!
Castle homes have surely set the bar for luxury homes, I led my clients to the Fontainbleau subdivision in Conyers, Georgia. The on-site Broker, Dana Durham was a great representation of Castle Homes, she was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and responsive to any and all of our many questions during the home buying experience.
