NEVER answers the phone!!!! MAINTENANCE REQUESTS DO NOT GET DONE.
Really bad management and follow up on maintenance. You pay for trash “concierte” up and they don’t even bother to pick it up
The Pool , good luck with that has not been open in 2 years because of a part... 8 managers in 5years last year for us!
I signed a lease mid June, I still yet to have moved Into the unit, every week I’m scheduled to move and then the day of the move in I get told “there’s no way we can move you in today”. It’s not going over a month. This is extremely ridiculous.
