I would like to start with the maintenance manager Cory is AMAZING, the only positive here! Email sent to management and Rep Residentials 8/26: Since my move in on July 26th I have had to make multiple requests for repairs and have a record of 5 service requests. Its now 2:49 AM we cannot sleep. Two months ago we discovered RATs we made an alarm, upon inspection the specialist told the manager, and us that its an infestation in my attic. Some how they came in thru the roof. Its been 2 months now the maintenance team have tried EVERYTHING but the rats wont go away they are in the walls, and somehow found another way to get inside my unit.
