Best By Far! – Clean, very comfy reclining chairs make long infusions much more tolerable. Friendly staff, with the exception of one or two, but you find that almost anywhere you go. Nurses, Cheryl and Cindy are exceptionally kind, compassionate, and competent! I've had more infusions than I care to mention, and I don't want to go anywhere else again. I've told ALL my doctors about this facility.

Castle Hills Infusion Ctr – I wouldn't go anywhere else! This is my 3rd time at the center and I've loved the service and the nurses from the very first time and day. I've had a Wonderful experience. I've had to have IV antibiotics everyday for 14 days and again for 10 days and everyday I am greeted with a smile and how are you feeling today from each nurse. best infusion center – If you have to get IV meds, this is such a great place. The staff are all so sweet and make you feel right at home. There are comfortable recliners and tv's to pass the time.

unhappy – unfortunately we NEVER actually made it to the treatment center due to the VERY unprofessional and rude staff, office mgr in particular. putting a human person at risk of treatment (or NON-treatment) obviously the work load is too much. i am baffled at the disrespect and improper conduct received from this person, the unprofessionalism and how the NON-care of a patient has no affect on someone who is in the profession of caring for people...and in a clinic most of all. willing to work with your insurance for medicine – Castle Hills Infusion Center is great. Staff is very friendly and professional. They were the ONLY infusion center I could find that would let me order my remicade through my pharmacy plan. Every other one I talked to would only do the infusion if I bought the remicade through their office. The cost would have been 10 times greater. Highly recommend for your medical needs.

Best Infusion Site In Town – HIghly recomend, I would not wnat to get my infusions naywhere else. I went to three other infusion centers in town, adn this place is by far the best. Doctors on site. RN's at staff know their stuff, they are hihgly trained, and have the best clinical skills of any nursing staff I have been around. THey have a great place, and even give food. THey are very friendly and know a geat deal about thir medications and treaments. THier staff is top notch A+!!

Highly Recommended - Great Service! – My doctor was going to have to send me to the hospital for my remicade treatment because he could not find anyone in San Antonio to give my medication when I could be off of work. The friendly staff at Castle Hills Infusion allowed me to set my own appointment so I could come when it was convenient for me. Excellent staff and great enviroment for this service. I will be a happy customer for a long time!
