I wish I had read the recent reviews before coming to this practice. It seems like a lot of people experiencing the same issues. I've had a couple of visits with this practice group and of those visits some would go okay but the ones here at the Northwest military location put the whole group name to shame. I cannot say enough positive things about my NP Alexa. She always takes the time to truly listen, never rushes me, and makes sure I fully understand my care annd treatment options. If I’m being completely honest, my recent experiences haven’t been as positive as I had hoped. I’ve been a patient here for about three years and have had a couple of physicals along with a few other visits. My first appointment with Dr. Sanjana went very well and left me with high expectations for future care. In my follow up visits, I was scheduled with Christin Solis, NP. UPDATE: I did go see my doctor and told her about the phone call. She was appalled and actually looked up who I had the conversation with... They were from the nacogdoches location and not stone oak. Therefore I am updating my reviews to clarify that the stone oak location is fantastic. Just be careful when you call to make sure you're speaking to someone from the *stone oak* location as they are much nicer and professional and would be more willing to ask the doctor questions and call you back, rather than whatever I receiv... read more
What a headache. Went in for my annual visit in January. Submitted a request through my pharmacy for them to refill my prescription. When it got denied I called the office and was told that I needed to be seen before they could refill it. I explained I was just there less than a month ago. They told me they didn’t do the testing needed at that visit. Well that’s not my fault yall didn’t do your job correctly.
