I had such a wonderful experience at Castle Hills Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and kind. Dr. Hashemi took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean, modern, and runs so smoothly. I truly felt cared for and never rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Hashemi and the entire team. They go above and beyond for their patients!
I've always experienced EXCEPTIONAL service whether it be over the phone, via text and or in person. Everyone is SMILING, FRIENDLY, and treats me like FAMILY !!!
They were pretty quick and simple. I had no issues whatsoever when I sent for an exam.
Doc is so friendly and they always get me in quickly. Highly recommend!
