Castle hills ER is a great place to go for after hours care. The staff is great. Friendly and professional. I will definitely go back there if needed.
My husband and I visited this location on 03/29/26. From beginning to end, we had a great experience. Syeda (front desk personnel) was very welcoming. Our nurse Stacy was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Piracha also had a warm demeanor. All of the staff was amazing including the radiology tech itonie and ER tech Kiara! If we ever need ER services in the future, we definitely will be a returning. Also, they offer on spot imaging such ultrasound, CT scan and Xray.
I had an outstanding experience at Castle Hill Emergency Room, and I’m so grateful for the care I received from Dr. Piracha and Kiara. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for during a stressful time. Needed medical attention ASAP and staff was attentive and kind. Malik attended us promptly and Dr Reddy was very informative and knowledgeable. Nurse Sutina was patient and considerate. Love this place.
