They were all so friendly and helpful!! Greatest service i’ve ever seen from an ER, willing to help with anything and was very kind. Everyone has a sense of humor as well Destinee, Janet, Dr. Piracha were so helpful great people!!!
DO NOT COME HERE Was there on Saturday night because my son had rolled his ankle and could not walk nor put weight on his leg We pulled in and asked the woman at the front desk if they had a wheel chair. To our surprise their first question was whether or not we had insurance and who was financially responsible for the visit. Easy, fast walk in and we’re open during the snow/ice this weekend. Syeda at the front desk was very informative & caring about my visit. Kiara K was the sweetest tech I have been involved with at an urgent care. She was attentive & made sure I was comfortable the whole stay.
Came here for an EMERGENCY girl. Super nice staff and they were super quick to get me in and out. Also, they were super upfront with the prices BEFORE they did anything. Like, you could see the prices from 10 miles away. Thank yew because I am broke girl with no insurance. The doctor was also very direct with everything and no tomfoolery. Best ER experience I have ever had thanks besties
I was in this ER yesterday, nurse Janet was absolutely amazing! She did everything to make sure I was comfortable. I told her, that I’m not good with needles, when they needed my blood work and she was extremely patient and calm. She made sure to find my vein in one go. She kept asking me if I needed anything because my fever kept fluctuating. I left feeling a lot better with directions on how to take care of myself at home. She explained every single thing and was really kind! Thank you Janet :)
