This was by far the best urgent care experience i have ever had. I came in because i was sick and this was day 4 for me of not feeling my best. Sinus pressure, headache, soar throat and running nose. I tapped in with Syeda, which was at the front desk. Then i met nurse Iesha and lastly the ER physician, Dr Ahmed Zahoor. I was the only one inside and being treated which was awesome since i was in and out. I was given two shots to help with the inflammation and pain. Best of all the best is Castle Hills ER on Josey in Carrollton. I had a great experience from the front desk with Sasha pleasant with a smile. The service was efficient and awesome with no wait to be seen. Kisha RN, was patient and through in getting me through the needed tests to get me diagnosed. Dr Umber reviewed my symptoms for treatment. Dee the radiologist was efficient and explained what to expect. All treatment and medications were explained in detail.
