Dr. Nadir and staff were excellent. I checked in for my appointment at 7am. I was taken back around 715 and by 8, I was in the car heading home. They called multiple times before the procedure to let me know the time frame of when I needed to arrive and how long the procedure would take. They also called to let me know how much the procedure would cost. They made me feel very at ease going under for the first time and I would recommend them!

I sincerely regret choosing Castle Hills Endoscopy Center located in Carrollton, Texas. My procedure was on Friday Morning November 20th - almost Two Full Weeks Ago. As of this moment I still haven't found out the results of my biopsies. Yes, I've made many phones, only to be told the delay is due to Thanksgiving. In the future I will choose my local full service hospital instead of Castle Hills. I'm Disappointed as well as Frustrated.

After two days of not getting through by phone and nobody returning my called I had to come down to the office to prepay. They made me sit there for over 45 minutes to make a $1500 payment and when it came time for the procedure the nurse put too much alcohol when inserting the IV and it caused a burning pain I've never felt before. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to someone I hated.

We arrived at 5:45 am they told us the procedure takes only 45 minutes and did not let us go to my mom jury duty they took my dad in at 6:15 and he was out by 8:20 when my mom jury duty was at 8 so we go there at 9:45 and it was super late this is ridiculous how people can lie and mess up ur life now my mom has to reschedule her duty and extend her stay by spending more money on her ticket this is how people can be liar and disrespectful
