I arrived at this very reputable establishment, or at least I thought, to possibly get some new tires or just have my tires inspected. There was a slow air leak coming from one of my tires. I made an appointment online while specifying I wanted my tires serviced. After driving over 30minutes, expecting top tier service, the desk clerk informed me that the only tire service they provide is tire rotations. After a bad experience somewhere else, I decided to take my vehicle here for AC check/repair and oil change. Staff was nice, quick service, very reasonable prices and I felt I could trust them. I will definitely return and recommend them.
This is my 2nd time visiting Castle Hills Auto Service and both times have been a great experience. This latest visit was for an alignment check. After putting my vehicle on the rack and testing it, CJ, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained that an alignment was not needed. Now that is honesty and great business! They just gained a repeat customer and gained my trust. Thank you and I recommend you visit them as well!
Great Service! Very professional, honest, and informative. They took the time to explain and show me exactly what was going on with my vehicle before doing any work. Prices were fair, the facility was clean, and the waiting area was comfortable with a kids’ section for families. The entire experience was stress-free, and their customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
