Going downhill fast. Gates don’t work, cameras don’t work, speed bumps are way too abrupt, and lots of theft and loud vehicles and the a/c is really bad in these apartments. Notice the window units in many of the apartments?? Rent goes up every time you turn around and it’s just not worth it. Oh and people letting their dogs run off the leash and not picking up after them when they poop. Does not do any good to lodge a complaint either. Watched a young black male steal out of my neighbor's car IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Watch your belongings here, the crime rate seems to be rising. And no cameras, neighborhood watch or security. And of course the gate is still not working.... I've been renting in Castle Hills for 11 years if that tells you anything. I have never lived here but it's a beautiful place. The pool is nice. They have a community room with TV and a washers/dryers. My friend lived here and I would visit her and her husband/kids often here. I will add her complaint here. She had a horrible time with the maintenance fixing stuff. There is a huge amount of hills/walking to get to the playground/pool/laundry. You couldn't just drive down there some of the time due to lack of parking spaces.
