Excellent service, very quick repair of a broken watch with missing clasps.
One of the rudest quotations I have received for the purchase of a simple spring bar. A simple request for clarification of cost was met with a surprising amount of hostility, spare both your wallet and your mental health this experience.
These people are extremely unreliable when it comes to providing timelines and delivering watches in accordance to said timelines. I brought my watch in for a battery and crystal replacement over a week ago and was told emphatically that it would be fully finished in a week MAX. However, I go back to the store after a week and they said that it hadn't been finished and that I should come back the day after. Always fabulous service and experience!
These people run the same store at Wollongong mall. Chris replaced two watch batteries and damaged both of my watches. Scratched up the case back of my first watch trying to replace battery. He then replaced my moon swatch battery and couldn't reset the chronograph back to 0. He kept randomly pressing all the Chronograph buttons and now the Chronograph doesn't work. Told me I had to "re-program" it at Swatch because it was a "crappy swatch" and then proceeded to tell me if I wanted good service I can go to Woolworths. Terrib... read more
