I came in for a simple bracelet micro-adjustment on my Rolex. Just shifting the spring bar 2mm. (Mister Minit downstairs was honest enough to say they didn't have the right tool and sent me up here) The watch was taken to a back section where I couldn't see the work. Rather than proper spring bar tweezers, it looked like the staff member was prying at the spring bar with a single ended tool, and mentioned it kept getting stuck. Young lady was very patient and helpful resizing a watch we had purchased elsewhere. Helped us work out the clasp and the fee for resizing/assistance was better than reasonable! Thank you.
Pin came out of my watchband, the watch guy refused to give me a quote and said he needs to review and see how much work it is. He made me wait for 1.5 hours to then just hammer the pin back in and add a drop of locktight then charged me $45 for the job. Terrible service
