Pin came out of my watchband, the watch guy refused to give me a quote and said he needs to review and see how much work it is. He made me wait for 1.5 hours to then just hammer the pin back in and add a drop of locktight then charged me $45 for the job. Terrible service

One of the rudest quotations I have received for the purchase of a simple spring bar. A simple request for clarification of cost was met with a surprising amount of hostility, spare both your wallet and your mental health this experience.
These people are extremely unreliable when it comes to providing timelines and delivering watches in accordance to said timelines. I brought my watch in for a battery and crystal replacement over a week ago and was told emphatically that it would be fully finished in a week MAX. However, I go back to the store after a week and they said that it hadn't been finished and that I should come back the day after.
