I would like to confirm previous posts with 5 stars ratings for VW Castle Hill. Today, I had an absulute pleasure to deal with Wally Saboun and Kathleen! In short: professional, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and respectfull. I booked a test drive today, which usually takes 30min. However I spend 1.5 hour! Why? Because I was given utmost attention to my needs! The outcome: I am considering to purchase a higher level VW. Thank you VW Castle Hill Team!

I'm Italian, and in Europe, Volkswagen dealerships are huge and extremely well-stocked with every model of their cars. Yet, this dealership here is quite shabby. They never have anything to show, nothing available and they don't even have the physical color chart of the Volkswagen displayed at the dealership. They tell customers they see them online, what a shame, but the colours never look like the real thing. Extremely unprofessional experience. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I came in I was told a higher price. When I questioned the difference, I was told, “If you like it, you like it. If not, you’re free to leave.” Very disappointing customer service and not the level of professionalism I would expect. I do NOT recommend!
