Had a great experience from ordering till after service. We had carpet laid and the process was simple and easy. They have a fee to rebook installation which is understandable. We had a funeral on for a good friend and not only did they not charge any fee they were sympathetic and understanding too. Michael was a pleasure to deal with. We always get 2-3 quotes however in this case, we didn’t as they took the time to serve us, had good range and were brilliant. Thank you for AMAZING service. I had an emergency situation with my elderly mother and required all the carpet in her house replaced ASAP. Within 4 working days my mother’s carpet was installed and it looks amazing. Extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond!
