I was trying to contact a gentleman called Richard in the service section who is assigned to take care of my vehicle FJG85C. For 2 days I left messages for him to call me back and never got a return call. Very disappointed by this service level and hopefully I am to hear back from him soon.
Recently I did 5 year service. The service specialist explained everything clearly and kept me well informed throughout the repair process with photo and video. Communication was great, and I really appreciated that the vehicle was cleaned as well. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you!
