She’s friendly, energetic, professional, and is always happy to help with anything that is asked of her. I met with Melba yesterday to talk about renting from Castle Hill apartments. She was delightful, very professional, and I appreciate all the information she provided. She is a great value to your company.
I’ve had a good experience living at Castle Hill Apartments. The community is quiet, well-kept, comfortable and the location is convenient. The unit layout is nice and clean, and maintenance has been responsive when needed. Melba is very professional, friendly and accommodating whenever I need something. A solid place to live with only minor areas for improvement, like updating the laundry room, washers are very small.
