Horrible managed. There is always a new manager in the office. The lady who’s in the office now sounds like she got an attitude answering the phone. There are constant domestic fights in the middle of the night (from different homes). They claim to have security but if you call they will never slow up. There’s been gunshots, police, and ambulances on property. Someone tried to catch the stairs on my building on fire 2 years ago. There is never any parking for our other vehicle. Jennifer is an excellent prooerty manager she has done alot for me and she is patient with me because i get nervous. Marty is the most excellent and quick to do maintainence he does superb job best maintainence man we have had on the property and i have been here. Since the jurassic period marty has a great sense of humor. Too sincerly kathy
This review is a decade-late: Management is on point. Grounds are clean. Maintenance requests fulfilled on time generally. Good expectations for 2011 standards.
