Melba and the offsite management are friendly and have been helpful with my conserns and maintenance requests.
Mgr, Melba, was so outgoing & friendly while giving our tour. She is truly an asset to Castle Hill Apartments! She was very informative & knowledgeable about any questions & made the whole application process a breeze!
I’ve been a resident here for 10 years. We have gone through many managers. The one we have now is malba, she has made great improvements and has been quick to address any issue that I’ve had with my apartment. She has always been quick to notify me with any delays. She has worked to keep our living experience a peaceful and respectful one. Every time my wife and I talk to her we are always greeted with a smile and friendliness. My family and I had lived in Castlehill apartments for around 7 years. 1 for 6 yrs and the other for 1 yr The apartments we rented weren't in great shape when we moved in but weren't to picky. We should have taken pictures when we moved in because when it came time to move out its like they renovated the place on are pocket we had paid a deposit and they want more to pay for stuff that was not in good condition when we moved in we had to clean the place are selves the apartments where not painted very well still holes to pat... read more
Horrible managed. There is always a new manager in the office. The lady who’s in the office now sounds like she got an attitude answering the phone. There are constant domestic fights in the middle of the night (from different homes). They claim to have security but if you call they will never slow up. There’s been gunshots, police, and ambulances on property. Someone tried to catch the stairs on my building on fire 2 years ago. There is never any parking for our other vehicle.
