Had a bit of an issue DIYing my air conditioner on a weekend, and called to see about getting a tech out if I wasn’t able to solve the problem myself. They were super helpful on the call and offered to look at a photo of the unit; lo and behold, they immediately knew where I had gone wrong. I’m so thankful for that bit of help, and will definitely be calling for any future work! (no more DIY-ing).
Called the company to inquire about the pricing for a visit and diagnosis of my a/c unit. The woman that answered the phone was very professional. Shortly after, I received a call from Neil, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He offered to come out same day, which was amazing. My original call went out at 6:45 pm. Neil is amazing. They’ve helped me a couple times with boiler heater, plumbing / piping and emergency repair when below zero and pipe froze.
Couldn't recommend more, great guy, no bs, informative and reliable.
