By far the WORSE property management company I have come across. They currently manage my HOA and they are awful. If you need something approved they move slower then pond water, if they even approve/communicate at all. Emails go unanswered or delayed responses that don’t address concerns or questions asked. I have lived at Valencia for two years now having lived at the beach for almost 26 years in total I can say without a doubt that Valencia is the best managed facility at the beach. It is run by a stong group of women lead by Bethanne Ridikis, LCAM. Specifically, Bethanne runs and manages a friendly and gracious team of employees that work hard to smile, say hello and keep the community clean, SAFE, and friendly.
