I am writing a review to express my extreme frustration regarding an estoppel ordered 18 days ago. Despite calling daily and receiving repeated assurances that the document would be delivered by end of day, I have still not received it. We have a closing scheduled for Monday that is now being delayed solely due to their lack of response!

Barry Aycock at Valencia would like to give Hudson Williams and Victoria Rodriguez well earned praise. Both are service oriented toward owners, conscientious caretakers of the property and caring people. Valencia and Castle Group are fortunate to have them.
