Very impressed with Caroline Joseph at Abacoa. Every time I call the HOA office she is eager to assist me. There are times I might be frustrated with a situation, and she is so patient and shows she understands. I appreciate her kindness as well. When David has answered the phone he has also been very quick to offer assistance or solutions. Thank you
Castle Group is a solid management firm who cares about their residents and works diligently to make sure their construction projects go smoothly. I am working together with Castle Group as the Engineer of Record on a roof replacement in Jupiter, and the manager Juan Carlos Scott is taking all of the steps necessary to go over the contracts, scopes of work, and ask thought provoking questions to ensure a successful project completion. Highly recommend.
Smoke and mirrors company. Sounds like they have great training for employees. Their employees clock out at 5. Most common comment is “I don’t know.” They don’t know how to find keys to Graybor towel dispensers (Amazon sells them for $3.99). They won’t help our members prep for windstorms, “It’s not my job.” They leave access doors open. They don’t walk through with cleaning people. They do not walk property regularly.
