Castle Group Property Management recently took over Encantada Pembroke Pines at the beginning of 2022. There was no communication, they are technology inept and it took them forever to get the transition done. They were so late to send notice of the change, that I had paid the former management company and I had to write another even higher rate check to Castel Group. As a longtime vendor with Villa Borghese and the Castle Group Management Company, I really appreciate Elizabeth Perez and her team for their quick response and help in keeping their daily pool needs meet. I would highly recommend Castle Group to anyone who is tired of unanswered phone calls and who needs a quality management company.

As a longtime vendor of Villa Borghese, the enhancements to the community and clubhouse (which looks fantastic), have been greatly improved under Elizabeth Perez and Castle team. Her knowledge and follow thru, have been tremendous and really appreciate working with as a vendor.
