This is an incompetent, disorganized, and unprofessional company. They DO NOT communicate...period. You can leave voicemails for weeks on end with no response, email concerns with no reply, and submit requests directly spelled out on their regulation just to be denied months later. Also, after requesting their specific regulations when purchasing our home 3 years ago they did not give us ANY information.
