We made an error with regards to a shower kit. The mistake meant that we had to order two custom pieces of glass to complete the project. We contacted Castle Glass and Mirror and spoke with Dan. We exchanged information and with Dan's help we ordered the replacement panels. The order was filled quickly, correctly and communication was excellent.
We had them install the glass for our steam shower! They were so efficient, We felt in great hand. The handle peeled after a year. They came right away and installed a new one. I can’t wait for them to come again for the steam shower in the basement. Best service!!! Also, I’m in Sudbury. Thank you so much.
