I cannot recommend Courtney enough! As first time home buyers, she made the process for my fiance' and I so smooth and quelled all of our anxiety. Courtney did a phenomenal job assisting us in finding our mountain home. Very prompt communication and professional to all of the questions that we have (and we had a lot)! She was incredibly patient despite some setbacks and delays we encountered, but ultimately landed our dream home :) We even had some follow-up questions after the sale and the information and advise she's given is top-notch.
