We had Castle Fresh do a move-out cleaning on 8/8/2023. The person they sent did a great job. There were some specific areas needing clear documentation to be in compliance with our lease and keep our deposit despite known ventilation issues in bathrooms. Castle Fresh was great about taking the detailed before and after pictures we needed in order to get our deposit back in full.
Mercy did a great job with my move-out cleaning and i got back my full cleaning deposit!
We've been clients of Castle Fresh for several years, and we absolutely adore their whole team! I appreciate that we can customize what we have cleaned in our home - so we don't always have to include rooms we don't use often. Their whole staff is courteous, thorough, and generally amazing!
We contracted with Castle Fresh when we moved to CO. 1st they did a deep clean in our new home. That was great. Now they come every other week. They do a great job. During COVID we were a little concerned about having them come. The staff is always very conscientious about masking and social distancing. When I was working from home they were always professional and thorough. We are very satisfied.
