They do the bare minimum of their job. Every receptionist is really nice and the waiting room is pleasant, but once you get into a room the doctor doesn't care about making their patient feel comfortable. They give you what you want but that's about it. It's very easy to hear other conversations through walls. All in all, if I had the option to go somewhere else I would.
