I do not know what is up with their billing but it is a joke. Our son had an appointment September 2025, in October 2025 I received a call on a Friday right before their office closed stating we owed them money and they were going to send us to collections. That following Monday we called to find out the issue since we had never received any calls prior or any bills in the mail. this was this dentist i would take my brother to and they were amazing! so kind and gentle with him, they understood he was a little nervous and a bit scared and never failed to make him feel comfortable. recommended 100%!
We have taken our kids to this dentist office for years! We love their clean office, kind staff and the doctors are knowledgeable. My kids don't mind going to the dentist either, which is a win. Their office is always doing something fun for the kids, whether it's a little carnival or teeth brushing games.
I absolutely love taking my kiddos to castle creek they are very good with my kids
