New homes come with a 1 year warranty, but good luck getting customer service. Emails go to Deryk in CA, things are so slow, I'm talking 3 months and I haven't heard back. Renee answers the phone, but there's nothing she can do for you, so she advises you to email Deryk.
The admin office is not very helpful. I asked them for help with paint color 3 times in a month. Never received an answer, they just ignored me. Upsetting and disappointing.
