Purchased a $2500 game from Castle Classic almost 4 years ago - the website clearly indicating "Unlimited Technical Support". 6 months ago the monitor went out and Steve, the owner, does not answer email or phone calls - even when I have clearly communicated that I am happy to pay for any support / fixes that he would suggest. Steve is very friendly / helpful during the early pre / post sales process but clearly is not interested in supporting this after the sale.
