Thieves. They stole the deposit I gave them for my wedding after the event was canceled due to the covid pandemic. I spoke with them multiple times and they seemed nice about returning my deposit with no problem. I gave my address, info, email, and receipt of deposit but they never sent my check. They were just jerking me around while they kept my deposit and for no service. I wish I never met them.
I'm assuming they are not financially stable and would worry they may not last until your wedding if I were you. I gave a $1,000 dep in Aug, cancelled in Oct and it's been over 4 months and they still owe me $150 with at least 20 different BS stories, broken promises and outright lies. I have been so patient and kind and even offered that he could make $500 and then another $500 the following week. RecommendedAbsolutely everything! We have amazing food and amazing staff and bosses! ❤️❤️
Absolutely would not recommend this company for any services. The staff was extremely rude at my cousins wedding and for a good portion of the guests to comment on their attitudes is unacceptable. The staff meaning mostly the wife of the owner. They started taking down the linens before cake was ready to be eaten. She seemed like she was being put out when asked for anything. The other companies like photographers and DJ were also commenting on their lack of professionalism.
Castle Caterers made our daughters Rehearsal Dinner an unforgettable night! The food (lobster bake) was amazing but the friendly service (Bill & team) made the night! THANK YOU for all the hard work and delicious food!
Castle Caterers are the best. Easy and nice to work with. Go out of their way to go above and beyond. Excellent food, set up, serving and clean up.Would recommend them and hire them again in a heartbeat
