We love this place. Great food, excellent service. We always go when we go down for the star lighting and whenever we're in the area.
RecommendedWe stopped in our our way to Denver after spending the week in Colorado Springs... delicious food, and great service, with a nice, cozy atmosphere. We will be back the next time we’re in Castle Rock. The chicken and waffles were great, as was the green chili. Helped my wife and I warm up on this chilly, snowy October afternoon!
This was our first time at Castle Cafe. Initially it was not a good experience. We wanted to sit outside and was found with a little resistance from the hostess. We showed her there was plenty of room. One table at menus and utensils but no people at the table; I figure they got up and left because no one came to wait on them. We sat and sat and no one came. Amazing atmosphere, Tasty FOOD , and DRINKS.. Kelli, Deidre and Carlos are super cool!
We got there by accident, the place we were going closed for a wedding and didn't bother to call us. we had ribs and walleye. Both were very good. I've heard about ribs being "fall off the bone" tender. these were so tender that some meat fell on my shirt. waitress was quite pleasant.
Great food, service, many choices!
Chicken fried steak is simply out of this world good !!
